Had enough time to jam out of San Ysidro and make it back to Cuna de Angel to grab the wife and kid and hit la playa. Great thing about working on the web is you can be working virtually anywhere all you need is a computer and an Internet connection and no one will no the difference or care for that matter, so long as the work gets done. Check out the beach, a different one than before but still sick, beach for as far as you can, beautiful jungle and no gringos but myself. You can’t beat a private beach, nice sets and 81 degree water. Costa Rica por vida!

Mitch is a cool guy, a good friend of my brother’s, we had some good chatting and made some progress towards revamping his company website. Mitch seems to have a lot on his mind, rocking 4 kids, wears numerous hats in his businesses (car rental, atv tour, real estate for PZ, to name a few), and a fresh “death threat” (no bullshit) on his mind. Costa Rica is like the wildwest as they say “expect the expected”.

br />Wasn’t sure if I was going to make it from the big city to where I am at now, had to ride this 8 seated to get here. It was either a 5 hour drive through the thick, running the gautlet of corrupt cops and crazy locals or ride a 30 min flight in the tin can. Both options sucked so I opted death from above.

Pretty tight infinity pool, it’s always nice to have options. From the pool you can see loads of jungle (you can even see monkeys swinging from tree to tree, no bs) and the ocean.

The view from my room. I am in Costa Rica rightnow with Ray and Sho, came out actually for work and decided to kill two birds so I brought the Yangpire. Costa Rica is real interesting, it’s really nice, miles and miles and miles of jungle feels like I am in the “jungle book meets Hawaii” with an adventurous twist. It’s very similar to most vacation spots however the country seems impoverished and well there is always a sense of “danger”. It’s not too uncommon to see a guy with a personal bodyguard dressed like he is a SWAT team member. My brother’s friend Mitch (who runs the Perrezzeledon Coldwell Banker) rolls in his SUV with a shorty ready to rock. Very cool place but a little like the old west.

Before the superbowl, cruised with the kid and Ray to visit my mom. I haven’t been in my room in quite some time, sometimes I forget how much stuff I have left behind. I miss all my toys/figures and baseball crap, proof that deep down I am what I am [mad geek, but u got to appreciate the Barry Bonds piece!]. It’s crazy, time these days seem to be flying by. One day I am chilling in this room stressing on life and now I am married and have a kid and yet stress about the same shit. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost three and a half years since I have graduated to true adulthood. Life goes on.
