Las Vegas drift turned out to be bomb, despite the blazing heat, we still had a good time. None of our cars podiumed this time but one of the cars i designed (Apex’i FD) happened to. Anyway the whole event went like lightning, though Vegas is a dope location it’s not one of the tour’s best events, I am guessing from the heat (like 95 at midnight) people are not as down to watch cars throw up smoke. In any case it was sold out (8000+).

Came to AEM today to pick up my EMS and well i was pretty impressed at how big their operation has become. I remember back in 1993 or so they used to be a little shack with a dyno that you would hear blew engines all the time. Archie’s engine, Junior’s etc. but now they are pretty legit, it’s pretty amazing how a little shack can grow to become a heavy hitter and a household name. It should be only a matter of time when BC sees similar success. Then I won’t be waiting in this damn will call line.

The last piece to the puzzle. Didn’t buy this for years and now it’s time, well almost time. My s13 should be running by 2010 I hope. Been trying to get this free for a while now, but was unsuccessful, but still managed to pay only a fraction of the cost. If you build it he will come.

This is more fitting for my son, Sho. He is truly “the monster”. Often I feel like my baby is the worst baby, in terms of being a “baby”. I always hear “my baby sleeps through the night, my baby shits once a day, my baby never cries”, a lot of times I am in disbelief, because Sho is the “Bizarro” version of their baby. Don’t get me wrong, monster or angel he is my monster and I love him to death. BUT on a recent side note, in the past few weeks he has drastically improved and is headed towards becoming more humanoid and sleeping like a real person. Sho’s skin is also much better! P.S. Poor little Sho. Notice the scratch under his left nostrol, Ray is so adamant about getting his moon rocks out that the other day she was scratching at one and instead took his skin off instead of the moon rock. How sad.
